I am Okanagan born and raised, living in Kelowna for most of my life. I have my certification in AN-IMS (intramuscular stimulation / dry needling), concussion management and therapy with vestibular therapy from CCMI and have learned fascia release work.
My approach to physiotherapy treatment is to empower clients to take control of their rehabilitation journey. I incorporate the benefits of hands-on manual therapies and home exercise programs to help create lasting changes. I combine soft tissue work, fascial release and joint mobilizations to increase function and decrease pain in her clients. Applying a client-centered approach in treatment and care planning is vital to the recovery process. I will work with you to determine what your physiotherapy needs are and keep you engaged in the process of care.
The importance of activity in mental and physical wellbeing is essential, and as such, I have always tried to lead an active lifestyle and have a background in a variety of activities, including classical dance where I trained for 14 years. As well, I play volleyball, softball and enjoys running, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. Exercise has been my solace throughout the years and believes it is important in whole body and psychological wellness.

Also known as Physiotherapy, I obtained my degree from the University of Alberta. In this program it had a focus on the practices of physiotherapy, analyzing concepts and implementing them into clinical practice and scenarios.
